Barshu – Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Soho

I love this restaurant. It is # 2 of my three favourite restaurants in London.

It was a pleasure to eat here last night with a friend. I had my favourite beef in spicy sauce and shared the spinach which was surprisingly tasty.

I really like this place because a lot of Chinese food tastes the same to me across China town, but this is always very flavourful and more of a ‘proper’ restaurant. Its sister restaurant bar Shan (across the road) is also very good. I’ll certainly be back. Many times…
